Emanuel

His grandmother raised him, and she had one wish for his future: that he become a barber. Emanuel was a footballer at the time, a regular starter for his local club as a left winger, but he had never stopped hearing her. In 2013 he chose to fulfil her wish. He has not looked back. He enrolled in a professional training salon and spent four years, six days a week, building his skills from the floor up before graduating in 2018. From Nigeria to Dubai, joining Unison Salon and then making the move to Chaps, each step was a deliberate push forward. At Chaps Bloomingdale's, a decade of technical and creative experience fills the chair. He believes the future holds great things. His client list suggests he may be right.
